These Eco Max body brushes have all of the benifits of the others in the range, with the addition of the coir handle that provides a firm grip for soapy and wet hands. The coir handle comes from coconut fibre, while the sisal bristles are a form of cactus with a medium strength fibre that soften naturally in warm water, perfect for exfoliating skin. Eco Max body brushes can also be used for dry body massages, removing dead skin and encouraging circulation. This style comes in a small or large size.
